About Beta Real Estate

Beta Real Estate is an investment house specializing in real estate investments in Greece, with a focus on real estate investments in Athens and the surrounding area. Our main expertise lies in identifying real estate opportunities, enhancing their value, and occupancy/sale according to the business plan.

Our story actually began with personal purchases we made in Athens in late 2018, shortly after the city began to recover from the general crisis that accompanied it over the past decade. We didn’t fully understand where it was heading, but as a young generation growing up in a country that doesn’t allow us to buy an apartment without parental assistance, we didn’t really have a choice and realized we had to succeed in creating something with the capital we had – and Athens certainly allowed that. After we completed our initial purchases and saw that it was good, friends and family started approaching us for help with the process.

We established Beta Real Estate to create genuine investment channels for anyone interested in making high-quality real estate investments overseas, with no compromises, and with a professional team that can be trusted completely. Our team currently comprises 17 full-time employees and dozens of professionals working indirectly with the company.
